The ArizonaMist products from Orbit use principles of evaporative cooling, where water is forced through specially designed mist nozzles and converted into an ultra-fine mist.  When water droplets this small hit the surrounding air, they “flash evaporate” reducing the surrounding temperature.  The products range from portable units for the active person on the go, to cooling systems for the entire home patio.
